All EPI DRIVE BELTS are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.
If, within 1 year of purchase, an EPI DRIVE BELT fails, a replacement belt will be provided by EPI under the following conditions:

After completing the checkout process, you will receive an email with a copy of the warranty card you need to fill out and include with the failed belt you will ship to our warranty department. Please either complete the warranty card on the back of the EPI belt sleeve or the copy we emailed to you and write your order number from your $20 online pre-authorization in the specified area on the card. YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE CHARGED THE $20 PROCESSING FEE UNTIL WE RECEIVE YOUR BELT AND IT PASSES INSPECTION FOR A WARRANTY CLAIM.

If your belt is inspected and deemed NOT warrantable it will be disposed of and your online credit card pre-authorization will be cancelled.
Liability under any expressed or implied warranty is limited to replacement of such merchandise. In no event shall EPI be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of EPI. This warranty does not apply to Rental or Fleet/Commercial use machines. Warranty claims are not accepted from outside the US and Canada.
