Belt Warranty

All EPI DRIVE BELTS are covered by a 1 Year Limited Warranty.

If, within 1 year of purchase, an EPI DRIVE BELT fails, a replacement belt will be provided by EPI under the following conditions:

  • The failed belt, dated proof of purchase and completed warranty card (below) must be sent to EPI along with a $20 USD processing fee (credit card or included money order)
  • The warranty claim must be received by EPI within 30 days of the failure
  • Upon our inspection, if it is determined that the belt was defective and did not fail for reasons such as incorrect installation, misuse or abuse, a replacement belt will be provided

Most common non-warranty conditions:

  • Hour-glassing of belt. This condition is not a manufacturing defect, but caused by slipping the CVT clutches on a stationary belt.
  • Glazed belt. This condition is not a manufacturing defect, but caused by excessive CVT clutch slippage.
  • Slipping belt. This condition is not a manufacturing defect, but caused by miscalibrated CVT clutches. 

Liability under any expressed or implied warranty is limited to replacement of such merchandise. In no event shall EPI be liable for any incidental or consequential damages. This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, and all other obligations or liabilities on the part of EPI. This warranty does not apply to Rental or Fleet/Commercial use machines. Warranty claims are not accepted from outside the US and Canada.
