The Seizmik Framed Door Kit for the Polaris Ranger Crew 1000 adds a secure, weather-resistant enclosure to the cab while maintaining easy access and ventilation. The 0.75” steel frames are designed using precision 3D-scanned vehicle geometry for a close fit within the door openings.
UV-resistant PVC-coated heavyweight polyester textile and optical-grade PVC windows provide durable protection while maintaining visibility. A full-perimeter automotive-grade EPDM foam gasket follows the contours of the doors to help limit wind, water and dust intrusion and make closing easier.
The updated rotary latching system provides strong engagement with less effort, while recessed exterior handles and larger latch pockets make the doors easier to operate without creating snag points on the trail. Glass-filled nylon handles and housings add durability.
The 3/4 window design allows the windows to be opened without interfering with the shoulder restraint bar. Dual-zippered pulls offer multiple ventilation positions and the windows can be stored inside integrated pockets when rolled down. Pinned hinges allow the doors to be removed without tools, while separate upper and lower door skins can be removed as needed.
