The Seizmik Framed Door Kit combines a reinforced steel frame with durable textile panels, adjustable hinges and an updated latching system for a secure fit and easier operation. The 3/4” steel frames are designed using precision-scanned vehicle geometry to provide a close fit within the door jambs.
The doors use UV-resistant PVC-coated heavyweight polyester fabric with optical-grade PVC windows. A full-perimeter automotive-grade EPDM foam gasket follows the contours of the door to help seal the cab while allowing the doors to close with less effort.
A two-stage double rotary latch improves engagement, while recessed exterior handles and larger latch pockets make the doors easier to operate, including with gloves. Glass-filled nylon handles and housings provide added durability.
The 3/4 window design allows the windows to open and close without interfering with the shoulder restraint bar. Dual zipper pulls provide multiple ventilation positions and the windows roll into integrated interior storage pockets when fully opened. Pinned hinges allow the complete doors to be removed without tools and the upper and lower door skins can be removed separately.
